Returns/Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees. Items may be returned within the specified return period after the delivery date, but must be new, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return (Self-Serve)

To initiate a return online:

  • Log in to your customer account on our website
  • Navigate to Your Orders and select the order you wish to return
  • Request a return by selecting the item(s) and reason for return
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request

Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at the address provided on our contact page using your preferred carrier. Please include the original packing slip in the box so we can quickly locate your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Performance Guarantee

Here at Surfing Water Sports, we believe our customers should have the best time possible on the water. That’s why we offer our performance guarantee, giving you a set number of days to try your new toy*.

If you don’t love it, send it back and we’ll help you find a better fit. Products covered under the performance guarantee may be exchanged for store credit within the guarantee period, as long as they are still in new condition.

*The performance guarantee applies only to waterskis, wake foils, wakeboards, wakesurf boards, and bindings. All other products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
